Let's Get Moody

I like to drive old, forgotten back roads looking for abandoned farmhouses, cemeteries, rotting cars, and anything like that. I had stumbled onto this very remote cemetery a few years ago, and when a client wanted a really moody shoot, I knew exactly where to go.

The grass was high and unkempt, and the spindly trees hung over the gravestones like vultures - watching us. The lonely isolated hilltop cemetery seemed to not have any homes nearby, and we didn’t hear any cars whizzing by on the isolated country road below us. We got there about 90 minutes before sunset, and the air was still and silent. It enhanced the eerie mood of the location.

Enjoy Kayla’s venture down this moody highway.
